How to choose Package (Check the package details below):

1. I want to make a singing cover of the song (3 vocal tracks or below) and I have my own instrumental music (1 track).

You may choose Basic Mixing & Mastering Package (3 vocal tracks + 1 music track = 4 tracks in total).

2. I want to make a band cover / I have different instrument tracks.

You may choose Standard Mixing & Mastering Package (you can submit 5-15 tracks in total including vocal tracks, guitar tracks, bass tracks, drum tracks and also MIDI tracks.)

3. I want to make a singing cover in IG Reels / YouTube shorts / Tiktok and I have my own instrumental music (1 track).

You may choose Shorts Mixing & Mastering Package (You can submit 4 tracks in total and the each track should less than 60 seconds.)

4. I want to make a singing cover but I don't have instrumental music.

You may Instrumental Music Making Package.

*You don't have to choose 2 different packages, the vocal mixing is included in Instrumental Music Making Package, you can just send me your vocal tracks and I will make the instrumental music and mix your vocal tracks together.

5. I want to add guitar solo in my song / cover. (I have my own written solo)

You can choose guitar solo recording.

6. I want to add guitar solo in my song / cover (I don't have my own solo)

You can choose guitar solo writing + recording

7. I want to add guitar tracks in my song / cover.

You can choose guitar arrangement & guitar recording (optional). I can just write the arrangement for you (Rhythm & Lead Guitar).

When submitting tracks :

1. Please keep all breathing sounds, endings, etc., in the audio files. Do not cut them out or add fade-in/out effects at the beginning or end of the tracks. If there are overlapping audio tracks, please split them into multiple tracks for editing

2. The recommended file format is WAV, but other formats are acceptable.

3. Please ensure that the submitted tracks have no background noise, including hums, wind noise, and excessive room echo. If issues arise in the final product due to this, we will not accept re-recording requests.

4. Please submit unprocessed audio tracks.

5. Please specify the bpm of the tracks and keys. Also, if there are key changes, please specify. Otherwise, we will produce the work based on the original song or the reference version you provide.

6. During the initial check of the audio files, only basic issues such as background noise and echo will be assessed. Other issues discovered during processing or upon submission of the final product will be noted (unadjustable timing / pitch).

7. If you would like to add special effects (such as electronic sounds, etc.), please inform us as soon as possible.

8. All packages include 3 revisions, you may list all the issues & problems & requests and submit to me at once.

Please ensure there are no major issues with the rhythm, pitch, background noise, articulation, and lyrics before submitting tracks. Although we can fix most of the issues but the final product will be better if the submitted tracks are in high quality!

Request Process :

1. You can send us your files along with the BPM and the original song for reference, and select your desired package.

2. Once we review the files, we will email you an e-invoice. Work will begin after we receive a 50% deposit.

3. We will first provide you with the MP3 file for review to check for any issues or requests.

4.If everything is satisfactory, you can pay the remaining balance, and we will send you the WAV file.

* We will send you 1 full mixed version + 1 full mixed instrumental version (off vocal) if you choose Instrumental Music Making Package.

Other issues :

1. The original song will serve as the reference for all cover requests. Please notify us of any special requests as early as possible.

2. We will provide you with an e-invoice detailing all the services and information. Work will commence upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total payment, which can be made using the e-invoice.

3. We will communicate and share files through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or Google Drive.

4. Each order includes three complimentary revisions. A fee will apply for the fourth revision (one message counts as one revision, so please list all issues and requests in a single message).

5. We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc), Alipay and other online payment.

Disclaimer:

Our company solely provides technical support and services, including but not limited to music production, accompaniment generation, audio recording processing, and related technologies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the materials, content, and final works provided or created using our services comply with relevant laws and regulations and possess legitimate usage rights.

In the event of any legal disputes or liabilities arising from the infringement of third-party copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights due to materials or content provided by the client, our company shall not be held responsible. The client shall bear all legal responsibilities and financial compensation resulting therefrom.

Our company reserves the right to review, remove, or terminate services for any content suspected of infringement under any circumstances and shall not be liable to the client as a result.

Clients are advised to carefully read and understand this disclaimer before using our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this disclaimer.
